Suggested Use: 1 to 3 tablets at bedtime. Do not take more than 5 tablets daily unless recommended by your physician.

3 mg Tablet Options Available: 60, 120, 240

Suggested Use: 1 tablet at bedtime; ½ tablet may be sufficient for some people. Do not take more than 2 tablets daily unless recommended by your physician.

5 mg Tablet Options Available: 60, 120, 240

Suggested Use: 1 tablet at bedtime; 1/2 tablet may be sufficient for some people. Do not take more than one tablet daily unless recommended by your physician.

10 mg Tablet Options Available: 60, 120, 240

Suggested Use: ½ to 1 tablet 30 to 60 minutes before going to sleep. Due to the sedative nature of this product, start with ½ tablet and assess personal response. Do not exceed the suggested use.
